I’ve been a J-1 intern at this beautiful resort for a couple of months now, and the energy here is just incredible. Every day is a whirlwind of guest interactions and high-paced service, whether it’s at the front desk or during events. I totally get that excitement! During my J-1, I found that creating a quick checklist for peak times helped keep everything running smoothly, especially for events. It drives me nuts when things get chaotic and you forget the small stuff.
