The Day I Lost a Pan and Gained a Customer

Last week during the lunch rush, I accidentally sent a chicken sauté pan flying across the kitchen. It landed right in front of a table full of customers, who burst out laughing. To my surprise, they loved the food so much that they joked about it being a ‘flying pan special’ and came back the next day asking for it again. Lessons learned: keep a grip on my pans and always find humor in the chaos.
