Learning Agile Tools on the Fly

I’m diving into some agile project management tools at my internship, and it’s been quite a challenge — we’re using Jira to track sprints, and I’m still figuring out how to optimize my workflow. Has anyone else had to pick up software in a fast-paced environment? Would love some tips on how to get up to speed quicker.

Jumping into Jira can be like trying to learn a new dance; it feels awkward at first, but practice makes perfect. One tip that helped me was setting up a simple template for your common tasks to save time. How are you organizing your sprints so far?

Getting comfortable with Jira can feel a bit like navigating a maze — but setting up custom filters helped me find my way faster. Have you tried customizing your dashboard yet? @lhill might have some insights.
