I just heard from our manager that we’re getting a new merchandising display set up in J1 next week. It’s supposed to highlight some seasonal items we’re promoting, and I’m really looking forward to how it’ll catch our customers’ eyes. I think it could really boost our sales if we personalize the approach when engaging with shoppers around it.
I remember when we introduced a similar display for holiday items last year; it really drew in customers. Personalizing the approach is key — maybe try using customer names or interests when engaging around the display. I think that could make a real difference.
I can’t wait to see the new display! When we had our last one, we used bright signage and fun props to attract attention, which really helped people engage. Personalizing interactions can definitely make a difference, but I’ve found using eye-catching visuals is just as important — kind of like how a well-decorated cake draws in guests at a party.
