Has anyone found affordable evening or weekend classes near Somerville that count toward the au pair education requirement? I’m with my host kids 7am–6pm on weekdays and don’t drive, so I’m hoping for something I can bus to that also supports our cultural exchange — like child development or an ESL course that helps with bedtime reading and navigating daily life here.
And i finished my 6 credits with a Saturday Child Development class at Bunker Hill Community College — bus from Somerville on the 86/89 to Sullivan, then one Orange Line stop — so it worked with “7am–6pm” and not driving.
